[NCSG-PC] Vote for ICANN87 community sessions

hi all,

I have till 10th July to vote about the ICANN87 community sessions. There
are 2 proposals, for 2 slots available, one from GAC I shared previously
titled "Building a Secure, Inclusive, and Multilingual Internet for the
Next Decade" and a proposal from NCSG-CPH titled "The Gap in Registrant
Recourse - Next Steps".

I will vote for the NCSG-CPH proposal and I will ask Wisdom and Juan to
support the vote in the survey.
