Another public comment open prior to the end of year holidays, this time is about Trademark clearinghouse or TCMH. Historically, NCSG position was not supportive of TCMH and in particular its inception outside of proper process. You can find the public comment here https://www.icann.org/en/public-comment/proceeding/proposed-updates-to-the-trademark-clearinghouse-requirements-01-12-2025

We need volunteers to draft NCSG response to this public comment and we should ask those who worked on the topic for support.

Please let me know if you want to volunteer for the drafting team.
