[NCSG-PC] Call for rep for PDP on Associated Domain Check

Hi PC,

We should be on top of this and come up with the criteria and a call for
applicants for Associated Domain Check PDP so that we don't do it hastily
in the end.
We can appoint 6 reps, 3 participants and 3 observers.

Who would like to volunteer to issue the call?
