Thanks all for expressing interest to apply. It is for the PC to decide
about the process, such as issuing a wide call for candidates or only
identifying the eligible pool of candidates.
@farzaneh badii <farzaneh.badii at gmail.com>  I think the latter make sense,
including the case that appointment is also based on whether the applicant
is either already an ICANN funded traveller or self-funded.
