Hi,

update on CPH agenda, they don't have a shared position on representation
parity and want to put it aside for discussion in future.

   - DNS abuse PDP
   - Representation parity in PDPs
   - PDPs from an HR/access standpoint
   - SOI Implementation
   - Review of Reviews

We will need to identify speakers for those topics.

with CSG, I had call yesterday about the agenda, this is the current draft:

1. Welcome and Introductions (*5 minutes*)

2. Board Seat 14 Update (*15 minutes*)

a. Update from Paul as to the process to date and the timeline.

b. CSG update on its process and proposed next steps.

c. NCSG update on its process and proposed next steps.

3. Guest to discuss Review of Reviews (*25 minutes*)

a. (email out to Sophie Hay to confirm)

b. Discussion of common ground.

4. Representation parity (*15 minutes*)

5. Chris Buckridge to provide Board Update (*15 minutes*)

a. (email out to Chris to confirm)

6. (*Optional if we need another topic*) Board Question: The
annual strategy review program is launching at ICANN85. This program
provides a structured way to assess whether updates to the FY26-30
Strategic Plan are needed, to reflect changes in the external environment
and ICANN’s internal capability.

*Q: From your perspective, what is the top emerging trend that may impact
ICANN that you think the Board should consider*

Best,

Rafik
