[NCSG-PC] Urgent / SSAC plenary session

Hi Rafik,

I think we should contribute on:  Regulatory interventions with DNS
implications. We have discussed this with NCSG, and some of us have worked
on it. I think what Michaela has put forward:
(2) on the regulatory pressures side, looking at the risks associated with
placing domain operators such as registries and registrars in the role of
enforcing legislation (such as in the EU's MiCA legislation, which uses
domain 'deletions' as punishment for lack of compliance) is good and we
should go ahead with that.
