I just noticed that the deadline for ombuds comment is Feb 10. There were many comments which I tried to consolidate and put them in the same doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1khSx9EWLxa0qHK6NAFBMXYKXE0nQcnLgPgxnEdrRHn0/edit?tab=t.0

We will submit the first tab if there is no objection by the PC.
