[NCSG-PC] ICANN84 follow-up

Hi Rafik,

I can help guiding the UDRP one, and assist with DNS blocking (this one
would probably be Michaela, right?).

Maybe reaching Ken for Transfer policy, Bolu for the AGB?

Should we also merge RDRS and PPSAI? They are different, I know, but it may
be fruitful to write about them together (especially to reinforce the idea
of PPSAI being redundant at this moment)

Asking for help from the NCSG fellowship is highly encouraged.
