[NCSG-PC] URGENT: Selection of Board Seat 14 Search Committee Members

Given that we only got five people before the deadline, and that
there have indeed been spam problems with the ncsg-discuss list,
I would support adding Pascal to the list.

I would also support Julf's suggestion, make Farzi, Bruna and John
members and the others alternatives.
