[NCSG-PC] URGENT: Selection of Board Seat 14 Search Committee Members

Hi Tomslin,

Two cents:

Considering the uncertainty about the third name, it may be a good idea to
get previously a compromise in writing that the person will be able to
fulfill all search committee obligations, and, if there is no clear
confirmation of it, opening the call for another 48h.

Is it possible to substitute the person if some problems arise and he/she
can't follow the whole process? If it is, it may be useful to open a
complementary call to fill the last alternate slot, while also allowing the
process to start with the chosen members.
