[NCSG-PC] URGENT: Selection of Board Seat 14 Search Committee Members

Hi Tomslin,

I think we are discussing selection here:
- we want a mix of experience and new blood
- we got 5 candidates only

I think we can go with Farzaneh and Bruna and the question is who will be
the 3rd representative. Others would be alternates.

I see some experience either about ICANN or hiring/interview in the 3
candidates. Maybe the focus would be the skillset want for the 3rd
representative to complement. John has some ICANN experience such as
nextgen, Martha has experience in her own field.

Just some thoughts to move forward and people chime in.
