[NCSG-PC] ICANN84 follow-up

hi all,

Based on the successful sessions we had in Dublin about DNS blocking, HRIA,
WSIS and accuracy and in particular the usefulness of having discussion
papers, I recommend to draft position paper for each priority topic in
order 1/ to explain better our positions within NCSG and outside 2/ having
point of reference that can be used for sessions or during council
discussion avoiding any confusion:

I am thinking we should draft position papers for this list of topics and I
want to ask if there are volunteers for each topic, to take the lead and
work with others to draft it. in addition to the position paper, we should
have slides deck based on it we can use for our communication and
presentation:
- Privacy Proxy Services Accreditation Issues (PPSAI)
- Update for DNS abuse mitigation strategies and reporting
- UDRP review
- RDRS / urgent requests:
- New gTLD round /AGB
- Transfer Policy
- DNS Blocking

We will put them later in our wiki (to be reorganized) and easily
referenced, in addition to proper communication and distribution.

The list is not exhaustive and I'm looking forward to any suggestions. We
also have the NCSG fellow as a resource we can work with for documentation,
research etc.

For coordination about NCSG position in public forum and/or in council, we
can agree on some protocol to ensure we are all on the same page.
