[NCSG-PC] ICANN83 PC Meetings Proposed Agenda

Hi Tomslin,

Few comments:
- for AGB we can allocate 30min
- the second PC session will be after the council informal meeting I
believe so it is an opportunity to prepare for council public meeting based
on that
- which bilaterals GNSO  council is having?or you mean for NCSG joint
sessions?
