Hi Kathy,

Thanks for tracking this so diligently. I’ve added my comments and edits to
the document. The entire proposal is just unacceptable in its attempt to
undermine the independence of these reviews.

Also, big thanks to Yao for leading the freeform comment; it adds a strong
and clear conclusion to our submission.

Appreciate both of you for your leadership on this!
