[NCSG-PC] Preparing for ICANN83 Readout

Thank you Raoul, is it possible to have  folks from the SO/AC We had
discussions with during this meeting and also if we can get Chris Mondini
who is in charge of Europe region for balance as well as EURALO.

May I suggest, Farzii, Kathy, Michaela and Pedro also.
