[NCSG-PC] Preparing for ICANN83 Readout

Hi all,

We have a placeholder for ICANN83 readout  at 3rd July. Based on comments
from last edition, people suggested to have speakers from outside NCSG too.
I am thinking to invite Chris as he is our appointed board member to join
us. I am also looking for 1 or 2 speakers I can invite. Please share your
thoughts and suggest name I should reach out to.

For the agenda, I am thinking about quick report of NCSG sessions and the
topics discussed during the meeting such us DNS abuse.
