[NCSG-PC] [NCSG-EC] Topics/Agenda for NCPH session

Hi Pedro,

Thanks for the input, looking forward policy topics.
I think that topic is already part of a follow-up action items i.e
establish a discssuion group for researching. I also reminded CSG
leadership we should work on action items. I doubt we have too much to
discuss more about it other than just housekeeping topic.
