SSAC is not available during the NCSG membership session. Shall I move forward with original offer to join the SSAC from 15:00-16:00 which will conflict with the NCUC membership session?

Hi everyone,

I think one workaround is to allocate 30min slot during NCSG membership session to meet with SSAC. In future, we can try to alternate for some ACs as we have limitations on finding timeslots while we will have regular sessions with CSG and CPH.

The SSAC is available for a meeting during ICANN82 on Tuesday, 11 March from 15:00-16:00 local time. This will conflict with the NCUC Membership session. Would the NCSG EC & PC like to send a small contingent (similar to what is happening with the GAC) to meet with the SSAC during this time they have available? Please respond ASAP so we can confirm with SSAC.
