[NCSG-PC] My flight to Seattle

Hi PC,

I wanted to inform you that I requested to change my travel date to arrive
on Saturday 8th, from Thursday 6th for the SO/AC Chairs meeting due to a
change in personal circumstances from when the tickets were booked in early
December.

While I haven't received a final formal response yet from ICANN Travel, I
have been informed there is a cost to the change and since I can't afford
it, the ticket might be cancelled. So, I wanted to keep you informed.

If the ticket is indeed cancelled, I might only be able to attend the
meetings virtually between 10am and 3pm Seattle local time, due to timezone
differences. As a result, I would need help on the ground chairing the PC
meetings.
