[NCSG-PC] Seeking Volunteer | ICANN North American Regional Engagement Plan FY-26-30

May I suggest that PC observers refrain from contributing to the decision
making process until asked for advice?

I think we should appoint two: a rep and an alternate. I like to engage
newer members so I am leaning more towards Lily.
