[NCSG-PC] PC chair election

Hi all,


As I just shared, a first action for the new PC is to elect a PC chair to
replace Tomslin.
I cannot find a written operating procedure  for the election but the
previous practice was to ask for candidates and have a vote by all members
of PC for a short period.


I propose we run this for one week to end by the time of winter holidays.
Starting the call for candidates on Wednesday 17th to Friday 19th December
then, starting vote from Monday to Wednesday 24th December. I know Andrea
and ICANN will be off starting from next week.

It will be great to get this done and get the new PC chair to start
managing public comments and coordination asap.
