[NCSG-PC] ICANN84 follow-up

Hi Pedro,

I appreciate the level of accuracy, I think we have only 26 days left this
year and it includes holidays :)
More seriously, I am thinking if we can target before the Mumbai meeting
and move backward as 1/ it allows us to distribute and share before the
ICANN meeting when there is more interest 2/ be ready to use those for
topics to be discussed during the meeting. if we can confirm at leads for
each and they can start prep work, it would be great.
