Hello,


  1.  Farzaneh had asked for a 90 min session for the Next Round Applications and HRIA, so I tried this option. If this will not work, then I will make a change, and the mentioned session will have to be shorter.
  2.  CPH have just added the joint session with NCSG on Sunday at 16:30.
  3.  I can check with Board Ops, but this session has been in this location on the schedule since the block schedule was introduced so it may be too late to change it.
  4.  Wednesday is heavily GNSO Council, but I will move the NCSG Next Round Applications and HRIA, and it will need to be 60 min.

Hi Andrea,

thanks for sharing, definitely we will have additional challenge with CPH and ALAC session
1- the 2nd session for PC should be on a different day, better on Tuesday if possible and use that for meeting with CPH if they are available
2- Tuesday session at 10:30 should be the first NCSG session as welcome etc. unfortunately we got an NCSG-board meeting before. Is it possible to find another slot for that one with board ops? The NCSG Next Round Applications and HRIA should be on another day e.g. Wednesday.
I will prepare the descriptions for the sessions. Farzaneh should share for those she proposed.

I need titles and descriptions as soon as possible, as well. Decisions on this schedule need to be made before ICANN closes for the holiday break. I am going out beginning Monday, 22 December.

Please look closely and the schedule and let me know if there are changes needed. Also, please remember, this ONLY shows NCSG/GNSO sessions. I do not have access to other SO/AC schedules at this time.
