[NCSG-PC] NCSG sessions In Mumbai

Hi Rafik

Sorry to be confusing.I think the sessions are:
1. The Next Round of New gTLD Applications and Human Rights (hopefully a 90
min session)
2. RDRS: a town hall on law enforcement authentication, other requestors
authentication, transparency, accountability
3. An interim human rights impact assessment on DNS abuse PDP (whichever it
is, we can change the topic)
