[NCSG-PC] Fwd: nextgen Mentor nomination

Hi all,

I thought the person should rather have been a NextGen before. That will
allow the person to speak from experience on how the program is all about.

I believe we will have a lot of people with this experience who might not
have had the privilege of being a council member.

By the way, what has been the norm in selecting such people?
