Hello Julf,

I hope that all is well with you.  I have been out of the office for 
most of October attending to family matters in New York. Mason has been 
covering for me and I apologize that I have not communicated earlier. 
   We are due for a proposed agenda for our joint meeting.  The CSG met 
and have proposed the following if you agree.   We can add the timing 
after we agree as NCSG may wish add topics.

Agenda

  1. Introduction and Hello from Julf Helsingus – NSCG Chair
  2. Brief overview of NCSG Activities and Priorities to date   - Speaker
     from NCSG
  3. Brief overview of CSG Activities and Priorities to date – Lori
     Schulman, Chair CSG
  4. Read out from Day 0 Event Including Impressions from Board Workshop–
     Mason Cole and Julf Helsingus  (Bulk of Meeting)
  5. Questions and Comments from Members who did not attend Day 0 Event –
     Lori Schulman to moderate
  6. Upcoming Issues/Next Steps for our House
  7. Social Time (last 10-15 minutes of meeting) – Mix and Mingle  (It is
     too late to order catering but maybe we can sneak in some treats)

Also, John McElwaine will be assuming the IPC President’s role as of 
December 1.
