[NCSG-PC] Open Public Comment: Second Proceeding for Proposed Language for Draft Sections of the Next Round Applicant Guidebook and others

Pedro and team have put together a draft response (

) to this Public comment which ends today.

We would like to still submit the comment so, can I ask that everyone who
can, reviews the draft and make suggestions where applicable for the team
to address?
