[NCSG-PC] Fwd: Invitation for input: "Perspectives on Registration Data Accuracy"

What they want is an written response to the following questions from 
the perspective of the registrant:

What does it mean for registration data to be accurate?
What concrete effects have we seen from inaccurate data, how is it 
stopping legitimate things from happening?
What processes should be in place to ensure data is accurate? Do those 
processes pose risks of their own?

They would like the answers this week.
