Thanks for sharing, Paul.

I like the optimism, however, in my opinion, I think there is benefit for
the wider council to discuss the final proposal from the small team+ before
voting on it. Considering how heated this particular topic has been in the
small team+, it'll be good for the council to also know whether the
recommendations enjoy the full consensus of the small team or otherwise and
if not, what level of consensus was achieved as required by the updated
Small team Assignment form.
