[NCSG-PC] Volunteers Needed for Open Public Comments

ICANN org is seeking input on a number of open public comment proceedings.
Let me know if you'd like to volunteer on any one of them. The open public
comments are:

   1. The Preliminary Issue Report on Latin Script Diacritics.

   2. Independent Review Process - Implementation Oversight Team (IRP-IOT)

   3. Draft ICANN Strategic Plan and Operating Plan Framework for FY26-30

      - *Deadline*: 51 days remaining. 17 Sep 2024
   4. Proposed Language for the Next Round Applicant Support Program and
   Registry Service Provider Evaluation Program Terms and Conditions. It is
   worth noting that this one has a non-extendable comment period. For those
   interested in commenting on this, I believe @Sam Lanfranco
   <samlanfranco at gmail.com> can help with his experience participating in
   the SubPro IRT.
