[NCSG-PC] Travel slot for ICANN79

Dear Julf, Tomslin and All,  (Should I send this to the full NCSG list??)

It is my new years entreaty -- Please send someone in this slot who will 
a) commit to attending multiple (e.g., 4+) policy sessions at ICANN of 
interest to NCSG, b) quickly write up notes from that session (within 24 
hours would be good because there may be follow-up session that we 
should attend at ICANN79, and c) reach out to people in NCSG (Tomslin, 
me, our Councilors, etc) /ahead of time /about what our interests in 
that session might be (so she/he can briefly share our NCSG concerns at 
the microphone).

This would be in addition to a firm and full commitment to attend all 
NCSG meetings, and their constituency meetings (NCUC and NPOC).  A quick 
update (with a few informal slides) should be a minimum too.

We need everybody on the ground working hard at these meetings. There 
are important issues being discussed - issues of vital importance to our 
Noncommercial Community worldwide. If someone has travel grant for 
airfare, for hotel, for per diem, let them please commit to doing the 
work that merits this support. The goal is to have people on the ground 
helping us.

you do to help NCSG with policy work at ICANN79?
