Here is the HRIA draft session description:

How to do an HRIA when mitigating DNS abuse?

After a successful session on HRIA and DNS abuse that took place in
cooperation with the cph dns abuse working group, we would like to continue
the conversation. One of the issues of next steps was to come up
collectively with guidelines for the registrars when they are trying to
consider the impact of disclosure of private information of domain name
registrants on fundamental rights. Another was to do a lightweight human
rights impact assessment on RDRS. This session will try to address both in
collaboration with the community.
