[NCSG-PC] Topics for session with GAC

Hi Juan,

Thanks for those topics.
Regarding latin diacritics, do we only want to hear their perspective? For
NCSG, I understand that we only discussed the need or not to have some
policy process to work on this issue.
I will add the suggested topics about ALAC.
