[NCSG-PC] Tomslin is unable to attend tomorrow's NCSG meeting

Dear PC members,

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I am unfortunately not able to run
nor attend tomorrow's NCSG meeting like I had planned to.

Can I request that a councillor volunteers to run it please?
