[NCSG-PC] Policy Chair Election

Dear all,

As you know, in the recently completed voting round, the only candidate we
had didn't get the requisite 2/3 votes to be successful. As a result, I am
re-issuing the call for nominations for another round of voting. Here below
are the new timelines:

TIMELINE



1- Nomination period: from 21st November to 27th November

   -

   The nomination and send a short SOI by the 27th of November.



2- Election: from 28th to 3rd December

Vote is mandatory to all Policy Committee members. The GNSO support staff
will act as the election officer. The options in the ballot should be the
candidates who confirmed by the deadline and NOTA.



3- Results: should be available by 4th December

The candidate with 2/3 of the NCSG‑PC membership votes will be declared
winner.
