[NCSG-PC] Fwd: Appointment of representative and alternate to the SubPro IRT

Dear all,
We now have two volunteers for this. Ephraim Kenyanito as NCSG rep and Juan
Manuel as alternate.
Councilors have given a thumbs-up but I thought I should bring it up here
officially. If there are no objections by end of day today (UTC), I will
send the names to staff.
