[NCSG-PC] Questions to the board

Sure, I'm happy to handle it with John (who introduced it if he is in 
Cancun) and others.  I'll highlight some ways that ICANN can start the 
Applicant Support marketing soon - long before 18 months before the 
second round new gTLD applications are due.
