[NCSG-PC] TIME SELECTED/AGENDA ITEMS-NCSG meeting with PSWG

Dear Kathy,

The PC hasn't been in contact with PSWG prior to this meeting, so i am just
as unaware of the substance of the agenda as you are. Unfortunately,  i
will only be learning what the want from us in the meeting as well.
