[NCSG-PC] [Ext] Re: [Call for Volunteers] NCSG Member to the Second IANA Naming Function Review (IFR)

I wish I had noticed this earlier, as I feel this is an important position, and I would have applied had I realised we had no volunteers with experience with the IANA function.
