[NCSG-PC] [Extension - Call for Candidates] NCSG Rep to GNSO Standing Selection Committee (SSC)

We do indeed.
So far only two PC members have responded after the extension expired, and
they suggested we go with David and Arsene.

Can we hear what the rest of the PC thinks please?
