[NCSG-PC] SSC - Fellowship - Mentor and Selection Committee

Dear all,

Today is 7th December and as per my previous email, we haven't received any
objections to appoint Arsene and David Cake to our remaining 2 SSC seats.
So, I take it we have agreement then.
