[NCSG-PC] Draft ICANN and Human Rights Course 2022

Hello all,

As mentioned by Kathy and Niels, this is indeed a very valuable resource.
Thank you Ephraim for working on that and for all your efforts for keeping
the CCWP-HR running.

Whilst the PC reviews your document - and membership as well - I was going
to suggest for us to try to schedule a chat with Betsy Andrews to check
about the feasibility for adding this course to ICANN learn, as well as the
format and content size. What do you think ?
