[NCSG-PC] New meeting request: NCSG/CPH Engagement on DNS Abuse

Dear all,

Thank you for your contributions so far on the DNS abuse. Since we have
agreed to move the conversations forward, I would like to propose a call to
share thoughts on the good and bad of registrant DNS abuse mechanisms and
what could possibly be our positions.

 The draft agenda put into consideration the comments on the group. Since
the white paper is not time sensitive, I would suggest the 27th of July for
the meeting as to enable us to align on the DNS Abuse issues. Please see
the link to the agenda and let me know what you think.

While going through the CPH DNS definition abuse, I noticed that malware
and Phishing are the critical elements. Without malware, botnet, pharming
will not be empowered. And the gateway to tricking registrants to
installing malicious code is majorly through spaming. Here is my question
to what is CPH contributing to reducing registrants receiving unwanted
messages and patches rather than the mechanism which is a very good move.
