[NCSG-PC] Input Required - Fellowship Program Mentor and Selection Committee Member

I agree this one is quite confusing. The announcement, like Bruna said,
suggests it is different from the appointment of Heather and what the SSC
is currently working on especially since the announcement said individuals
could not apply directly to GNSO for this one, and in addition, the call is
still open.
I guess the logical way forward is to seek clarification from staff.
