[NCSG-PC] [NCSG EPDP] Doodle for EPDP NCSG call

Thanks to Amr for the comments,
I kept the doodle poll open with hope to get as much as possible
confirmations from councillors and epdp representatives.
It might be too late to pick up tomorrow for the webinar and send an
invite, so we can go with the availability on Thursday.
We also have an NCSG policy call next week and it will be mainly about EPDP
vote.
This is not an optimal situation and we got to decide our strategy for next
week's council meeting.
