[NCSG-PC] Replacement for the GNSO SSC

hi all,

as you might be aware, Julf expressed to GNSO council that he is not
looking to be reappointed as GNSO liaison to the GAC. Because of that GNSO
Council will task the GNSO Standing Selection Committee (SSC) to appoint a
new liaison to GAC.
SSC was dormant since last December and we didn't replace Ayden when he
resigned. We need to replace that slot asap.

We can reuse the previous call for candidates and tweak it to initiate the
process quickly. unless you would like to propose another approach.
