[NCSG-PC] New Policy Committee / Next steps

Thanks Rafik,

I agree with you.

My thoughts are that it's important for us to get a feel of the work flow,
how they feed into the roles.  Figuring out a strategic direction is also
important so that we focus all our activities towards a goal.

And yes,  we need a meeting for this.
