[NCSG-PC] Status of Replacement EPDP, call for volunteers draft

Rafik, I agree with you. That’s what I was trying to say earlier: even if
we reopen the call (I fully support this), let’s review the application we
received anyway.
Agree with Elsa’s suggestion about in reach strategy. I guess it’s time for
us to re-group and mobilize again.
