[NCSG-PC] Status of Replacement EPDP, call for volunteers draft

I would definitely support opening the call again! And to feed Steph’s
point of transitions and new blood, I think it would be good to introduce a
parallel monthly meeting for NCSG inreach and general strategy asides from
policy calls.
