[NCSG-PC] Draft Agenda for NCSG Monthly Policy Call 17th Jan

Hi all

I am sharing here the NCSG Policy call draft agenda scheduled in friday
17th Jan (choosing friday is due to that next week council will have SPS
meeting and people will be travelling on that time). We have at motion for
vote for council meeting regarding the IGO-INGO track. Feel free to amend
